SEX OFFENDER REGISTRY INFORMATION
The Massachusetts Sex Offender Registry Board is responsible for keeping track of convicted sex offenders. Offenders are classified by level. Levels are based on risk of the subject repeating their offense and the level of dangerousness they present to the community. Level 1 offenders are judged to have a low likelihood of repeating, while level 3 offenders have a significant likelihood of repeating.
Convicted sex offenders are required by law to registry with the board.
The Public may request information about registered level 2 or 3 offenders by filing a request with the local police department or the Sex Offender Registry Board. Click the link below to download forms.
